Booking Policies at Brows by Val

Brows by Val serves clients on an appointment-only basis. In order to ensure a smooth booking experience, please read the booking policies below:

Private Appointments: All appointments are private and the shared hallway must remain cleared to be considerate of the other businesses operating. No other guests or children are allowed.
Day of Appointment: Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time, and use the door entry system to notify me of your arrival.
Rescheduling: Brows by Val asks that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment.
Late Policy: Arriving later than 5-7 minutes to your scheduled appointment will result in an automatic cancellation and possible fee of up to 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Clients who miss their appointments without notifying Valerie will be required to pay the full amount before booking future services.
Booking: All appointments must be scheduled using the Book Now button below or at vagaro.com/browsbyval.
